Established in 2006 Melvyn Studio Architects started as an architectural company and now we have
architecture, interior design, landscaping, project management, construction, electrical,
mechanical, civil, structural engineering and quantity surveying.
Our associates include qualified and registered consultants in the
built industry. This allows us
to take our client’s projects from
inception stage until project closeout. We have local and international
experience, which allows us to
design in different conditions, under different restrictions.
We perform our design process in six stages namely; 01 inception, 02 concept and viability, 03 design development, 04 documentation and procurement, 05 construction contract administration and the last stage, 06 closeout.
While all our architectural and landscaping designs are in process, we interact with our associates in the engineering sector for civil , electrical, mechanical and structural advise.
A project can only be a success if it is designed according to budget. It also helps our clients to save money at all costs. Our team always has a mandate to stick to the budget. We produce a bill of quantities for our clients to help them during tender process.
Civil engineering is an exciting profession because at the end of the day you can see the results of your work, whether this is a completed bridge, a high rise building, a subway station, or a hydroelectric dam. At Melvyn Studio Architects we make this profession a reality.
